RN – Team Manager

Finger Lakes Visiting Nurse Service is looking for a full-time Team Manager to provide oversight and supervision of direct care staff. Additionally, this candidate would assist with mentoring of staff, conduct home care visits as requested and participate in on-call activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• AAS on Nursing
• Must possess a current New York state RN professional license
• Minimum five years medical/surgical experience with at least one year of management experience
• Ability to demonstrate effective facilitation/conflict management skills
• Must possess strong telephone and computer skills
